1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the authority operating the f111 platform and the user of the platform ("Member"). By accessing the f111 website or mobile application, or by creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

All services on f111 are available to adults only. Under the rules applicable in Bangladesh, no person under the age of 21 may register or operate an account on this platform. Any attempt to open an account without meeting the age requirement will be considered void, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

f111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with prior notice where possible, or without notice in urgent situations. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes by the Member.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each Member may create only one account. If multiple accounts exist under the same person's name, f111 reserves the right to close them and forfeit any outstanding balance. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

f111 may request identity verification for deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims. The Member may be required to submit a copy of their National ID card or passport and, if necessary, proof of ownership of the mobile wallet used. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is the Member's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use the account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the f111 support team must be notified immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile wallet services are supported for both deposits and withdrawals on f111: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All transactions must be carried out through these methods; f111 will not be responsible for funds deposited through any other channel.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Once a withdrawal request is verified, it is generally processed within 10–45 minutes. However, this time may increase if verification is required or if the transaction is unusual. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If a Member uses false information or deposits from another person's wallet, f111 may suspend that account and hold all balances. f111 also reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New Members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed before withdrawal. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they receive ৳1,200 in bonus; total balance ৳2,200; wagering required ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• During an active bonus, the stake on any single bet may not exceed a specified maximum limit.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.

4.3 VIP and Cashback

f111's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback is awarded at each level based on weekly net losses — up to 0.5% at Bronze, up to 1.0% at Silver and up to 1.5% at Gold. Cashback applies only to the net loss for that week and is free of any wagering requirement.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games displayed on f111 are developed by recognised game developers and operate using independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is completely random and has no connection to any previous result.

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Hacking the gaming software, using bots or applying any automated tools.
• Exploiting weaknesses in the bonus system to claim an abnormal amount of bonuses.
• Placing coordinated bets through multiple accounts (Collusion).
• Using fraudulent tactics against other Members on the platform.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in any game causes an incorrect result or abnormal payout to be displayed, f111 reserves the right to void those bets. f111 is not obligated to pay out any winnings obtained as a result of such an error.

6 Sports Betting Rules

f111 offers betting on various sporting events including cricket and football. Betting odds are determined according to specific rules and bet acceptance may close before an event begins.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Conditions

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets on that match will be voided and the stake returned.
• If incorrect odds are offered, f111 may cancel the bet.
• In multi-bets, if one selection is cancelled, the combined odds for the remaining selections will be recalculated.

6.2 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a connection loss or delay, f111 reserves the right to review that bet. f111 retains the ability to reconsider any bet accepted due to a technical issue.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

f111 believes that gaming should be enjoyable, but it can sometimes lead to problematic behaviour. We encourage Members to play safely and responsibly. If anyone feels that their gaming habits are getting out of control, they can contact our support team to request that limits be set on their account or that it be temporarily suspended.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

f111 is committed to protecting Members' personal information. All data is stored and transmitted using SSL encryption and modern security measures. Members' information is not sold to any third party — it may only be shared with partners necessary for service delivery and fraud prevention.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 f111's Rights

f111 may suspend or close a Member's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Evidence that the account is being operated by a minor.
• Attempting to exploit a technical error.

9.2 Member's Rights

Any Member may request closure of their account at any time. Any active bonus or ongoing wagering at the time of closure will be cancelled; however, the Member retains the right to receive their main balance back — subject to conditions being met.

10 Support and Dispute Resolution

f111's support team provides service in both Bengali and English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and email. Any complaint or dispute must first be submitted to the support team.

11 Limitation of Liability

f111 does not guarantee any specific income or winnings from gaming. All gaming activity carries risk and Members participate entirely at their own discretion. f111 will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party technical problems, loss of internet connection or unforeseen circumstances.

f111 uses SSL encryption and modern security measures to maintain the highest level of protection. However, as with any online platform, complete security cannot be guaranteed. Members must remain vigilant in keeping their own devices and accounts secure.

12 Applicable Law and Final Provisions

If any clause of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or invalid, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of the Terms is the primary document; in the event of a conflict with any translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
